LYNNDELL POPOFFPT MANAGER /CANFIT PRO CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
Lynndell grew up in a small town where she was involved in competitive figure skating. When Lynndell was 18 she was in a serious accident that left her blind in her left eye and with an acquired brain injury resulting in PTSD. To cope with the symptoms of PTSD Lynndell decided to try using physical fitness and the gym as a natural remedy. Several years later, after finding remarkable success alleviating her PTSD she decided to become a CanFitPro Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. Lynndell later opened her own Personal Training, Boot Camp and Yoga Studio, training over 300 people before moving to Saskatoon to allow her eldest daughter to pursue her dream of swimming with the national synchronized swimming team. Lynndell has completed her 200hr. yoga teacher training and has recently completed the Level 1 Precision Nutrition course. Lynndell now works as the General Manager and Personal Training Department Manager here at Mawson Health and Fitness and is ready to help you achieve results you never thought possible.
